Meet the Sheep - Plan for 2023
Meet the Sheep - Plan for 2023
Meet the Sheep is not a class, but it is included here so that I can take reservations on-on-line. See info below.
Meet the Sheep - Reservations required
Meet the Sheep is an annual event, now offered two days. Due to parking restrictions we now require reservations and a small fee per car--as many people as you want in your car. Your $10/car fee may be applied to a purchase of $20 or more (on the day of the event only). When you register use the number of vehicles (usually 1), not the number of people.
Visit with the sheep that provide the fiber we all love! Lambs, kids (goats), and bunnies to pet! Farm Club members will be here to answer questions. Fiber arts demonstrations all day include spinning, weaving, felting, fiber preparation, and more. Bring your lunch and a project and spend the day with us and our four-legged friends. Please leave your four-legged friends home.
Meridian Jacobs Shop is Open.
Check back in March for a vendor list. Last year’s vendors:
4 Ewes Plant Dyes - Natural dyes grown by Joy
Fiber Confections - Local fiber, natural and dyed, from Colleen's farm
GynnaMade - Hand knit socks, hats and more by Gynna
Julie Kuroki - Local Angora fiber products; ARBA show/4H/pet quality French Angoras (tentative)
Sheep to Shop - Local fiber and felt goods from Jackie's farm
Event is rain or shine! If it's raining you can spend your time in the barn and the shop. Sorry, no refunds.
Meet the Sheep is from 10 to 3.
