Have a sample of the finest American Maid™, Naturally Colored Cotton Yarns.  All of the yarns are made from colors of cotton that come straight from the plant.  Add some baking soda to your wash water and watch the colors deepen.  All samplers come with 1.5 oz cones of white, dark brown, light brown, dark green and light green yarns.  There is enough yarn to weave a couple of napkins, or add a 1 lb cone of white to the sampler kit, and weave a towel in each of the 5 colors of yarn!

Instructions for specific projects are not included. This is an oppotunity to design your own project having all these colors available. Recommended setts for (lace, plain weave, twill)

3/2 (10, 12, 14-16) Mini cones contain approximately 110 yards of yarn.

8/2 (16, 20, 24) Mini cones contain approximately 320 yards of yarn.

10/2 (18, 24, 28) Mini cones contain approximately 400 yards of yarn.

4 ply-worsted weight (10-12 plain weave). Knit on size 7-9 needles with 16-20 gauge in stockinette Mini cones contain approximately 100 yards of yarn.
